A Coming Soon status allows real estate agents, buyers, and other sellers to be aware that the home is coming on market within a short period of time. In order to qualify for the Coming Soon status, the home must be available for showings within 10 days. Often, only limited details about the home are provided. Offers are not allowed to be presented until a home switches to Active Status. If you’re a buyer interested in a Coming Soon home, you should alert your real estate agent about the home right away.
